The goal of this course is to help South African (and any other nationality ) teachers reach their full potential in Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL)  online and prove themselves to be native speakers. I am sure most of you have thought and felt, where do I start, how can I find a position, why can't I find a position or why do I keep getting rejected, is it because I am South African? Well, sometimes the reason is because of your nationality and or accent, but where one door closes another opens. This course is your introduction to teaching online, the requirements, the application, getting yourself prepared, setting up your office space and much more.

1.Building a career with online teaching

• Many online English teachers do not reach an income of over $10 per hour
• This course is focused on preparing teachers to earn between $12+ per hour within their first 3-6 months of teaching online

2. Managing lessons

• most teaching methods do not help you understand your student and working out a plan for them to improve on
• many teachers who have been trained to teach offline don't always adapt to online teaching because you are comfortable with your teaching style
• this course provides teachers with full training on how to use their skills to be confident, capable and successful

Course duration

• This course is self paced , comprising 9 Lectures, in a 7-day time frame from registration. The course has been structured for the learner to complete the course at their own pace.

As you work one-on-one with students whether they are adults or children to help them improve their skills and your teaching abilities.I will prepare you for the online teaching environment in terms of deeply understanding income structure models, working with students from different cultures, managing conversational lessons and adapting to different students’ needs and more.
